Do you support multi‑user roles and permissions?

Yes. Invite teammates with roles (Admin, Analyst, Viewer) and control access by workspace or data source.

How is pricing handled?

Customized. Pricing is tailored to your use case, number of users, and company type, as agreed by both parties. Contact us for a quote.

Can I try it before buying?

Yes. We offer a guided walkthrough with sample data and a limited trial (subject to plan and availability). You can also start by uploading a sample CSV.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You’re in control. We’ll provide reasonable export options and delete or return Customer Data within a standard window per our Terms and Privacy Policy, subject to legal requirements.

Do you offer support?

Yes. Email support during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm PT). Higher‑tier plans may include priority SLAs.

Is my data secure and private?

Yes. We encrypt in transit/at rest, limit access, and don’t sell data. See our Privacy Policy and Terms for details. Enterprise add‑ons include DPAs and security summaries upon request.
