Vision AI

Vision AI for Document Extraction, Image Analysis, and Visual Inspection

Extract information from documents, detect and count objects, inspect for defects and safety issues, check compliance, compare images, and automate visual analysis from the systems your business already uses.

Document extraction

Extract text, tables, and KPIs from PDFs, scans, and forms — including multi-page financial statements and invoices — then export Excel, CSV, or Word.

Inspect & compliance

Flag defects, safety issues, and missing PPE for human review. Facility, manufacturing, construction, and automotive jobs check the photo against your rules.

Detect & count

See what is in a photo and where. Boxes and counts for people, products, pallets, vehicles, and forklifts — retail shelves, store photos, and logistics yards.

Compare & automate

Upload two photos to see what changed, then run the same job as a pipeline — events and review — from the systems your business already uses.

Document Intelligence

Extract text, tables, and KPIs from PDFs, scans, and forms — including multi-page financial statements, invoices, and operational paperwork. Reconstruct clean rows and columns, then export Excel, CSV, or Word, or ask a follow-up on the same file.

Detect & Count

See what is in a photo and where — boxes and counts for people, products, pallets, vehicles, and forklifts. Built for retail shelf and store photos and logistics docks and yards; you can also classify a scene or name a custom watch list.

Inspect

Ask what is wrong in a site, plant, or vehicle photo. Vision AI flags visible damage, missing parts, cleanliness, and hazards for human review — facility inspection, manufacturing QA, and automotive checks.

Compare

Upload two photos and see what changed — an object added, removed, or deteriorated. Use it for shelf resets, facility walkthroughs, and construction progress.

Compliance

Check whether a photo satisfies your rules — for example, every worker requires headwear. Construction and facility teams count people, hard hats, vests, and scaffolding in view.

Healthcare imaging QA

Check image quality and completeness before a study is filed — blur, coverage, laterality markers, and collimation. Covers healthcare operations, dental imaging intake, and radiology image QA.

Medical image interpretation

Analyze 2D scans, panoramic dental X-rays, and chest radiographs; draft a preliminary report; ask what is visible; or extract records and lab tables. A CT/MRI series accepts uncompressed DICOM or a zip of slices; pathology accepts a representative field — preliminary assist, not a signed report.

Pipelines, events & review

Run the same job on every new image, write events, and send findings to a review queue. Add KPIs, tables, and count charts to Intelligence Workspace dashboards and presentations.

Stop retyping numbers out of PDFs and screenshots

Upload a document or photo, describe the job, and get structured tables, counts, findings, and exports — available on paid plans starting at Starter.

Frequently asked questions

PDFs (born-digital and scanned), images (PNG, JPG, WEBP, TIFF), CSV, Excel, Word, and plain text. Compare uses two photos. For a 3D CT/MRI series, upload uncompressed DICOM or a zip of slices. Whole-slide pathology accepts a representative field (PNG, JPG, or TIFF), not a multi-gigabyte slide file.

Vision AI uses Google Cloud Vision OCR, Document AI, positional text extraction, and industry playbooks to extract tables and fields, and it reports a confidence score on every document result so you can verify it. On photos, object boxes and counts come from Google Cloud Vision localization. Inspection findings that are not boxed objects stay on human review. Hospital image jobs describe what is visible and draft preliminary notes — they are not a signed clinical report.

Structured data can be exported to Excel, CSV, or Word, or sent into Intelligence Navigator for analysis, dashboards, and presentations. Operational jobs can also write events that your team reviews in the Vision AI workspace.

Yes. Vision AI handles scanned and image-based documents, not just born-digital PDFs — including phone photos of receipts, site photos, shelf photos, and 2D medical images.
